Lavonne and Morgan Smith brought their family to Redmond in 1972.  Many people will remember them from The Feed Barn which they had from 1982 until 2001, when they thought they would retire.  Wrong!  They started a nursery business six years ago and in May of 2009, expanded--back into animal feed sales.  The combination of plants and animal related products keeps them both busy.  And, being back with friends and customers makes it a real "happy place".

Country Corner is an Albers Feed dealer.  The line includes standard and show feed for all farm livestock.  Albers feeds are milled in the northwest by Land O'Lakes assuring freshness.  We have 4H/FFA programs and frequent buyer savings.  Equipment and supplies are also available for animal upkeep and in the spring, baby chicks make it a "happy place".   

Trees, plants and flowers make the store "a happy place".  We're never too old to play in the dirt! Especially when the results are so rewarding.  Springtime brings seeds, annuals, veggie plants, perennials, and trees.  The first criteria for the plants--they grow well in this area.  The second criteria--they are deer resistant. We are always looking for new things that will grow in Central Oregon.
